Benutzerhinweise / Terms of Use!

Falls du Interesse daran hast dir irgend etwas von dieser Homepage mitzunehmen, freut mich das natürlich erstmal sehr - denn das bedeutet ja, das dir meine Sachen gefallen.

Ich möchte dich aber darum bitten ein paar Dinge zu beachten:

Du darfst -beinahe- alles mitnehmen, was dir gefällt, aber bitte sei fair und gebe die Grafiken oder Briefpapiere nicht als deine eigene Kreationen aus und biete sie auch nicht auf deiner Homepage zum Download an. Über einen Link zurück zu meiner Homepage würde ich mich natürlich ganz besonders freuen (Meine Banner findest du .::hier::.). Das ist aber selbstverständlich keine Pflicht.

KEINE Bilder darfst du mitnehmen aus meiner Galerie oder den Bereichen PI-Einsteiger, PI-Fortgeschrittene oder Bryce. Auch Geschenke die ich erhalten habe, kannst du natürlich nicht mitnehmen, da diese Bilder dem Copyright des Schenkenden unterliegen!

Auch und vor allen Dingen ist es untersagt Direktverlinkungen vorzunehmen, denn das würde zu Lasten meines Traffics gehen und dann müsste ich meine Seite wohl irgendwann schließen. Das gilt auch für die ECards! Bitte keine ECards in Foren als Direktlink posten! Ansonten muss ich den ECard-Versand leider bald wieder schließen.

Sollte irgendeine Seite nicht aufrufbar sein oder sollte es Probleme mit einem nicht funktionierenden Download geben oder wenn du sonst irgendwelche Fragen, Anregungen oder Bitten hast, dann scheue dich nicht mir eine .::Mail::. zu schreiben - ich beisse nicht ;-)

Nun aber genug geredet ;-) Ich wünsche dir viel Spaß beim Stöbern und hoffe du hast eine schöne Zeit hier. Und natürlich freue ich mich immer ganz besonders über einen Eintrag in meinem .::Gästebuch::. :-)

But I would like to ask you to follow these terms:

You're allowed to take along nearly as much as you want, but please be fair and don't pass the images or letters off as your own and don't offer my work or parts of it on your home page for download. If you want to bring on a link back to my page on your site, I would feel really delighted (you can find my banner .::here::.) but certainly it's not demanded.

You are NOT allowed to take away graphics from my gallery (topic "PI-Galerie") or from the following topics "PI-Einsteiger", "Fortgeschrittene", "Bryce" and "SaD". In the last category ("SaD") you'll find presents from webfriends of the yahoo group "Silence and Dreams" and the copyright of that work belongs to the relative originator.

Direct linking is strictly forbidden! Because that will debit my traffic and then one day I have to close this site. That applies to the ECards too! Please don't post my ecards in discussion forums or something like that as a direct link! Otherwise I have to quit this free offer, soon.

If there is any trouble e.g. with loading one of the sites or problems with a not running download link or if you have just questions, requests or a suggestion, please don't hesitate to contact me by .::mail::..
